Our Prices

  • All prices are exclusive or inclusive of VAT. This information can be found directly in the article.

Shipping for promotional items

  • For shipments within Germany, a flat rate of € 8.90 is charged for shipping and handling of parcels up to 20 kg.
    Shipments above 20kg and Shipping/custom costs for international shipments will be charged at cost.
  • The stated shipping cost amount in the order confirmation may vary for heavy shipments (70kg+).
  • If the goods cannot be delivered on time, you will be informed asap.

Shipping to non EU Countries

  • Deliveries may take longer than stated due to custom controls.
  • For orders over 1000€ value of goods, export documents must first be prepared, which can extend the delivery time by 1-2 weeks.
  • Any import duties and taxes are to be borne by the customer. These may be invoiced separatly.

Shipping textiles

  • If only textiles are ordered on demand (e.g. polo shirts), the above conditions apply.
  • If textiles on demand and other promotional items are ordered at the same time, they will be shipped separately within Germany at the conditions stated above

Billing

  • Any applicable import duties and taxes are to be borne by you. These may be invoiced separatly.
  • Your order will be invoiced by Geiger GmbH on the basis of delivery
